Unfortunately, this work has not been released and I cannot share in-depth.
As the CPIEA (Central Product Inclusion, Equity and Accessibility) organization’s visual design and brand expert, I lead standards, design systems, and brand strategy for the internal Google accessibility program, which informs the rest of the company.
Current project
I am leading and managing both an ambitious and ambiguous project that involves a team of 10+ designers, engineers, program managers, content strategists and writers to build an internal website that collates all accessibility guidance within the company. Additionally, the scope of this project includes the creation of a new brand identity and narrative for the Google Accessibility, which I lead as well.
One of the highlights of this work is my opportunity to conceptualize Google Accessibility as a brand experience to include different components and how they inform one another, as we continue to work on projects that embody this framework.
